A Precious And Extremely Rare Italian Baroque Angel Painting, Venice, 1700's

This is a precious and extremely rare antique Italian painting that originates from Venice, early 18th century. Discovered recently, this stunning work of art is an oil painting on a wooden board depicting a young angel in a contemplative state. Recently the painting was framed. The black wooden frame measures about 41 x 33.5 x 5 cm or pproximately 16.1 x 13.1 x 1.9 inches. The painting itself is about 29 x 21 cm or approximately 11.4 x 8.2 inches. It is in lovely antique condition with some signs of ageing which is understandable considering that is about 3 centuries old. This however in my opinion only brings forward its authentic appeal of exceptional beauty and splendour today. For the full condition please refer to the images!
